Refund, Return And Exchange Policy
- No refunds can be availed on any orders
- Once order is placed cannot be cancelled
- We accept prepaid orders only, no cod option available.
If product is received in broken or damaged condition detailed video has to be made while opening the package and to be mailed to divyakaroor88@gmail.Com within 48 hours of receipt of parcel, this will be reviewed by us and decision will be taken accordingly.
In case of zip broken for handbags within 3 months of purchase the same has to be sent back to us ,the pickup charges of which will be borne by customer. After receipt of product, it will be repaired by us for free of cost and free delivery will be given to customer.
- Exchange is available only on clothing category for size or fit issues.
- No warranty or guarantee will be given on any of the products once sale is made
